Open-source code
In situ single-cell 'omics raises several exciting and immense computation challenges, and we are actively working to develop computationally efficient solutions to the analysis of these data, to create algorithms that provide deeper biological insight from these measurements, and institute standards and practices for the dissemination and visualization of these data.
All of our developed software will be located on github.
MERFISH software developed in the Zhuang laboratory can be found here.
Open-source objects
We routinely leverage 3D printing technologies to design custom parts and objects for our research.
These objects can be purchased at cost from our website at the 3D-printing company Shapeways
